About the Role

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Office Operations: Overseeing daily procedures, maintaining an orderly office, and implementing administrative policies.

  • Logistics & Procurement:

    Handling office supplies inventory, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings or events.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Organizing records, preparing reports, drafting memos, and managing databases.

  • Communication: Acting as a central point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.

  • Financial Support: Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

  • HR Support: Assisting with onboarding new employees and managing staff records.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar support role.

  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
