About the Role
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
Data Entry: Process employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information.
HRIS Management: Assist with the management of the HRIS system, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending correspondence to candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including data protection and equal opportunities.
General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining the HR department's filing system.
