About the Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
*Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
*Conduct daily market visits (25–30 visits per day)
*Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
*Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
*Deliver excellent customer service and product presentations
🔹 Job Details:
*Position: Sales Executive / Officer / Manager
*Qualification: Any Graduate
*Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales (Cosmetics or FMCG – Food, General Trade only)
*Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
*Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
*Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
*Preferred Candidate: Male
Requirement: Two-wheeler & Valid Driving Licence (Mandatory)

a) Strong sales and customer handling skills
b) Good communication and negotiation abilities
c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales tools
d) Problem-solving and relationship management skills
