About the Role
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical materials and products.
Maintain and update manual registers and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure timely filing and record-keeping of invoices, GRNs, and stock movement documents.
Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Ensure quality control during material receipt and dispatch as per SOPs.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store area.
Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in received materials.
Requirements
Diploma or Graduate in Pharmacy (D.Pharma / B.Pharma).
1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of storekeeping procedures and documentation
Familiarity with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and quality compliance.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with accuracy.
