About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Administrative Support
- Coordinate internal resources and departments
- Manage and organize documents, records, and data
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Handle general administrative tasks
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Address customer issues and escalate complex matters
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Telephone Communication
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Accurately input and update data
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
- Generate reports as required
