We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Chemist to join our team at
Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success and passion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field
Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
Knowledge of homeopathic remedies
Skills:
Attention to detail: Production Chemists must be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure that all products are made to the highest standards.
Problem-solving: Production Chemists must be able to identify and solve problems. Quickly and efficiently.
Teamwork: Production Chemists must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Communication: Production Chemists must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
1. Material selection and testing: They are responsible for selecting high-quality raw
materials that meet the stringent standards of homeopathic manufacturing. This involves
conducting thorough quality control tests to ensure the purity and potency of the raw materials.
2. Preparation of homeopathic medicines: They are involved in the preparation of various
homeopathic medicines, following the principles of homeopathic pharmacopeia. This includes
dilution, trituration, and other processes to achieve the desired potency of the medicines.
3. Quality control and assurance: They are responsible for implementing and maintaining
quality control and assurance procedures throughout the production process. This involves
regular monitoring of production parameters, conducting in-process testing, and ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Documentation and record-keeping: They maintain detailed records of all production
activities, including raw material usage, production procedures, and quality control results.
These records are essential for ensuring traceability and maintaining the integrity of the
production process.
5. Equipment maintenance and calibration: They are responsible for the proper
maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and
adherence to quality standards.
6. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: They are responsible for identifying and
resolving any production issues that may arise, ensuring that the production process runs
smoothly and efficiently.
7. Staying updated with regulatory requirements: They stay abreast of the latest
regulatory requirements and guidelines for homeopathic manufacturing and implement them
accordingly to maintain compliance.
8. Continuous improvement and innovation: They continuously seek opportunities to
improve production processes, enhance product quality, and introduce innovative methods in
homeopathic manufacturing.
9. Training and supervision: They may provide training and supervision to production
staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
