About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end export sales operations for Europe and other CE markets
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, agents, and key accounts
strong relationships with international clients and channel partners
Handle export documentation, pricing, quotations, contracts, and negotiations
Coordinate with production, logistics, quality, and finance teams for
timely order execution
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations,
and country-specific requirements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer meetings
Manage payment terms, LC, advance payments, and coordinate with banks
sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review
Requirements
Proven experience in Africa and European export markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple countries and clients independently
Sound understanding of Incoterms, logistics, freight forwarding,
and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export management systems
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and result orientation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or
related field
MBA / PG Diploma in Export Management (preferred
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in export sales (Africa & Europe preferred)
