About the Role
Key Responsibilities and qualifications:
Good distributor network for medical devices all across India
Must have an excellent understanding and working knowledge of GEM portal
Identify and evaluate new tenders in various states and central organizations.
Manage the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to final submission. Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications and requirements. Must have excellent technical documentation skills along with good network of liasoner from all state and central organizations such as RMSCL, BMISCL, PHSC, HSC, TNMSCL, CMS, ASMSCL, HLL, PMBI, JKMSCL, UPMSCL, OSMSCL, AIIMS, PGI, BHU, Command, Railways
Generate orders through local purchase.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance departments to gather necessary information and approvals for tender submissions.
· A-Z working on Gem portal.
Requirements
Minimum of 5-7
years of experience in tender management and GEM, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of the tendering process in India, including government procurement procedures and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
