About the Role
Conduct patient reminder calls and follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and maintain engagement.
Contact new patients, communicate company values, and explain available facilities and product quality.
Engage patients through regular interaction, build trust, and ensure a positive experience that strengthens long-term relationships (Patient Engagement).
Collect and verify all necessary details for invoice generation, including patient information, billing/shipping address, contact details, and preferred payment mode.
Obtain and maintain prescription records and promote additional products as per prescription.
Share tentative delivery timelines with customers and ensure timely order dispatch.
Maintain and update daily call reports, reminder lists, and remarks on customer interactions.
Support the Patient Care Manager in daily operations and assist other team members when required.
Ensure all customer communication adheres to company protocols and compliance standards.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / any related field.
1–3 yearsfo experience in customer care, telecalling, or sales (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and patience in dealing with patients/customers with a problem-solving mindset.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
