About the Role
Bharrgava Global is looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support our import and domestic purchasing operations. This is a hands-on execution role focused on coordination, documentation, and follow-ups rather than negotiation or sourcing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and track Purchase Orders and Proforma Invoices
*Coordinate import documentation and shipment follow-ups
*Liaise with CHA and freight forwarders
*Maintain accurate import trackers and records
*Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and QA teams
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
*Experience in import purchasing processes
*Strong knowledge of import documentation & Incoterms
*Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
*Clear and professional English email communication
*Proficiency in Excel trackers
*Familiarity with Tally, Spectrum by Microbrain, or similar ERP software
