Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of testing, analysis, and quality control activities.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (production, research, and development) to resolve quality issues.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve quality-related problems.
Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and suggest new testing methods.
Training: Provide training to colleagues on QC procedures and techniques.
Audits: Participate in internal and external audits.
