About the Role
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics).
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
Monitor KPIs, track analytics, and prepare performance reports.
Research trends, hashtags, and industry updates to maximize reach.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Identify growth opportunities and suggest innovative campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and tools.
Proficiency in content creation and basic design (Canva, Adobe tools).
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
