About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Website, etc.).
Upload, update, and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across marketplaces.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to improve conversions.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts in coordination with the marketing team.
Ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order fulfillment and returns management.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Work closely with digital marketing team to improve SEO/SEM and online visibility.
Analyze customer behavior and provide insights for improving customer experience.
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
Hands-on experience with product listings, catalog management, and promotions.
Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
