About the Role
Deploy and manage Tally ERP (TallyPrime) on cloud platforms.
Set up and maintain Remote Desktop Services (RDS) or similar access protocols.
Ensure data security, access control, and backup protocols are in place.
Collaborate with the IT and accounts team to troubleshoot and resolve Tally-related issues.
Automate regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are functional.
Monitor system health, uptime, and user access logs.
Migrate existing Tally setups to cloud environments from on-premise servers.
Keep the system up to date with Tally updates and patches.
Train users on how to access and use Tally on the cloud securely.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
Proficiency in cloud platforms.
Experience with Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
