About the Role
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
Monitor server performance and availability, ensuring systems are running optimally.
Implement and maintain Acronis backup solutions, including scheduled backups, restoration processes, and disaster recovery.
Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMware/Hyper-V) across multiple environments.
Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, remote access, backup failures, and virtual machines.
Collaborate with IT team members to plan and implement infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with data protection policies and business continuity planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with Windows Server Administration.
Strong understanding of Acronis Cyber Backup or similar backup and disaster recovery tools.
Experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Familiarity with networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong understanding of IT security practices and protocols.
