About the Role
Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide product/service information.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain follow-up records, lead sheets, and daily call logs.
Convert leads into appointments or sales (depending on process).
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred.
